Q) Can I change my username after I've joined the site?
A) Yes. This can be done by clicking the "Change Username" link under the My Settings navigation area.

Q) Can I limit visibility of my CupidClick Dating profile?
A) Yes. Under the My Settings navigation area, click the Privacy button and select your desired profile privacy options.

Q) How do I change my matchmaker criteria?
A) On your profile display page, click the "Edit Profile" link under your profile picture and find the "My Matchmaker Settings" link near the top of the edit profile page.

Q) How do I view my matchmaker matches?
A) Click the "Users" button in the top navigation menu and click the "My Matches" on the search page. You will need to configure your matchmaker settings to display accurate results.

Q) Where can I get help with site issues (can't login, pages display errors, etc)?
A) CupidClick Dating operates a support portal with a knowledgebase and ticket system. Click the "Support" button in the top navigation menu or visit https://support.cupidclick.ca for help.


Billing Questions

Q) I subscribed to a premium membership plan using PayPal and the transaction name is PAYPAL*ALTEXXA?
A) Payments to CupidClick Dating using PayPal are processed under the name of our management entity Altexxa Group.

Q) Your premium subscription rates seem low compared to other sites. Why is this?
